Sauce

4 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

1 tsp ginger purée

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tsp chilli flakes

100ml water

1 tbsp cornflour

2 tbsp honey

3 garlic cloves, crushed

1 Put the chicken in a lidded container with the soy sauce, cornflour and Chinese 5 spice, pop the lid on and shake to coat.

2 Spray the chicken really really well with low-calorie oil and air-fry at 200°C for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway to stop it sticking.

3 When the chicken is almost ready, start to soften the veg in a pan over a low heat.

4 Once the chicken is cooked, add it to the pan and pour in all the sauce ingredients. Garnish with the spring onions and peanuts.
